ANTH 53500 - Foundations Of Biological Anthropology


Credit Hours: 3.00. This course covers such topics important in Biological anthropology as applied to both living and extinct humans and primates. Possible topics include: evolutionary thought; genetics, race, and human variation; the intersection of biology and culture; fossils and paleoanthropology; ecology and speciation; primate behavior; and theories on the social behavior of early humans.
