CNIT 46000 - High Performance Computing Systems

Credit Hours: 3.00. This course provides an introduction to high performance, cluster, and grid computing from a systems perspective. The driving outcome for this course is for students to understand and apply high performance computing concepts, architectures, and software components to develop and operate a high performance computing environment. Topics include: high performance computer architectures, network architectures for High Performance Computing (HPC), commodity and open-source cluster architectures, and software systems. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer.Credits: 3.00
