MGMT 63000 - Legal And Social Foundations Of Management

Credit Hours: 2.00 to 4.00. An examination of the nature of the legal environment from the viewpoint of the social and moral bases of law. Emphasis is given to the operation of our legal system and its significance in decision functions of management. Prerequisite: Master’s student standing and Management majors only.
