BCHM 42200 - Computational Genomics

Credit Hours: 3.00. This course introduces students to modern genomics and computational tools that will be used for screening. Students will review the notion of gene, genomic, transcriptome, and epigenome, and show how next generation sequencing technologies are utilized to measure these with cell.
