EDCI 35002 - International Comparative Education: Focus On Tanzania

Credit Hours: 3.00.  In this course, students will explore the education system in Tanzania and compare particular aspects of the system (e.g., equity, funding, language, accessibility) to their own experiences with, and knowledge of, education in the United States. Students will consider the range of schools and policies in both countries in terms of issues of social justice (e.g., redistribution, recognition, representation).
