MGMT 39100 - Strategic Thinking And Decision-Making

Credit Hours: 3.00. This course focuses on how to make good decisions in the real world of business. By the end of the class, you will be able to (1) recognize biases in how people process information; (2) engage in decision-making strategies; (3) demonstrate tools for strategic thinking and decision-making for an uncertain world; and (4) synthesize learning from the class in business cases and real-world simulations.
