TLI 11200 - Foundations Of Organizational Leadership Credit Hours: 3.00. A survey of individual and organizational behavioral concepts and principles that provide a foundation for leadership in technology organizations. The focus will be toward the understanding of behaviors necessary for effective organizational leadership, including concepts of work in a technology-rich environment. Learning Outcomes 1. Define the foundational theories, concepts, and practices of organizational behavior and technology leadership.
2. Use self-assessment for identifying behaviors and skills of technology leadership.
