MA 51000 - Vector Calculus

Credit Hours: 3.00. Calculus of functions of several variables and of vector fields in orthogonal coordinate systems. Optimization problems, implicit function theorem, Green’s theorem, Stokes’ theorem, divergence theorems. Applications to engineering and the physical sciences. Not open to students with credit in MA 36200 or MA 41000.
