MGMT 65200 - Entrepreneurship Credit Hours: 0.00 to 3.00. Examines entrepreneurship with a focus on the start-up process for high growth new ventures. Cases will be used, and students will conduct a feasibility analysis of a new venture concept. Prerequisites: MGMT 61000 and MGMT 62000. Concurrent Prerequisites: MGMT 65000. Learning Outcomes 1. Learn how to sketch out a possible business idea and “pitch it” to gain team members and participants.
2. Develop a business model and learn the advantages of bootstrap financing vs venture capital financing for new ventures.
3. Describe a value proposition of a business plan and show the current valuation.
4. Learn how to write a Business Plan. Credits: 0.00 to 3.00
