MGMT 41601 - Corporate Mergers And Acquisitions

Credit Hours: 3.00.  The financial analysis of corporate acquisitions, mergers, and reorganizations including asset acquisitions, joint ventures, spin-offs, sell-offs, equity carve-outs, bankruptcy proceedings and reorganizations, and corporate governance. The course uses a combination of lectures, readings, and case analysis.
