MGMT 44690 - Negotiation And Decision Making Credit Hours: 3.00. The purpose of this course is to understand the theory and processes of negotiation so that you can negotiate successfully in organizational and management settings. This course covers a wide variety of negotiation problems faced by business people. In addition, models of effective and ineffective decision-making are introduced and students will have the opportunity to make decisions at both the individual and group levels. Learning Outcomes 1.
