TLI 35550 - Compensation And Rewards


Credit Hours: 3.00.  This course examines the compensation and reward structures of organizations. It covers the planning and implementation of a total compensation system, including job evaluation, salary survey and analysis, benefits, and development of a structured pay system. Included are behavior implications and legal compliance issues related to compensation and rewards.
