Topics include collecting occupational data and information, the relevance of job analysis on individual and organizational performance, impact on training and development, and associated legal issues. Learning Outcomes 1. Explain the background and progression of job analysis techniques.
2. Collect information about jobs and develop an organized job analysis report.
3. Conduct job analysis.
4. Effectively utilize the Dictionary of Occupational Titles and O*NET to gain occupational information.
5. Recognize HR Information System and its relationship with compliance with federal and state regulations/Laws.
