AFT 20220 - Air Force ROTC Leadership Laboratory Credit Hours: 1.00. Leadership Laboratory (LLAB) is a dynamic and integrated grouping of leadership developmental activities designed to meet the needs and expectations of prospective Department of the Air Force second lieutenants and to complement the AFROTC academic program. It is a student planned, organized, and executed practicum conducted under the supervision of the Detachment Commander and Operations Flight Commander. Learning Outcomes 1. Explain and practice the Air Force Core Values - Integrity First, Service before Self, and Excellence in All We Do.
2. Discuss characteristics of the Air/Space Force way of life.
3. Practice basic leadership, followership, and teamwork skills.
4. Demonstrate the mental and physical skills necessary to succeed in the AFROTC Field Training Environment.
5. Apply intermediate leadership, followership, and teamwork skills. Credits: 1.00
