MGMT 65330 - HR Strategy

Credit Hours: 2.00 to 3.00.  Survey of theory and techniques used in human resource management within organizations. Emphasis is placed on HRM, Strategic HRM, Managing Human Resources Globally, and Strategically Managing Human Resource Functions. 
Learning Outcomes
1. Understand the history of human resource management and how it has evolved to the strategic level.
2. Understand what strategic Human Resource Management means and entails.
3. Understand and complete a Human Resource Management Strategic plan.
