TLI 11500 - Foundations Of Conflict Competence: Navigating Conflict For Growth And Resolution


Credit Hours: 3.00. This course equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become conflict-competent individuals who can turn conflicts into opportunities for growth, learning and building stronger connections with others. Participants will understand conflict competence, explore different conflict resolution approaches, develop strategies for repairing relationships harmed by conflict and identify university resources available to assist with conflicts.
