MGMT 56000 - Manufacturing Planning And Control

Credit Hours: 2.00 or 3.00.  An advanced course in manufacturing planning and control systems, emphasizing the integration of demand forecasting, inventory control, production scheduling, and production control. Topics are linked through case studies and an elaborate manufacturing computer simulation game.
Learning Outcomes
1. Master the major concepts, techniques and models of process design and analysis, and the ability to apply them to contexts beyond manufacturing.
