STRT 65000 - Strategic Management I

Credit Hours: 2.00 to 4.00.  Concepts and methods that integrate previous training in functional areas of management. The perspective is that of the general manager charged with directing the total enterprise. Emphasis is given to formulation and implementation of strategy. Prerequisite: FIN 61000 , MKTG 51200 , Master’s student standing and Management majors only.
