ECE 45500 - Integrated Circuit Engineering

Credit Hours: 3.00. Analysis, design, and fabrication of silicon bipolar and MOSFET monolithic integrated circuits. Consideration of amplifier circuit design and fabrication techniques with circuit simulation using Spice-2.
