Credit Hours: 2.00. Personalized treatment has been expected to sustainability reform the pharmacotherapy in next decades. There has been increased application of pharmacogenomics knowledge in clinical practice right now. Therefore, it is an urgent need to integrate the pharmacogenomic knowledge into the pharmacist education and training program to meet the immediate requirements in the current and future clinical practice.
