Credit Hours: 4.00. An introduction to automated test equipment (ATE). Emphasis is placed on understanding the philosophy of testing in maintaining product conformance and control. The operation of the GPIB, VXI bus, or other integrated automatic test sets with a high level computer language control interface with data logging and analysis is presented.
