EDPS 65000 - Critical Issues In Special Education Credit Hours: 3.00. This course is designed for advanced graduate students in special education and related disciplines. The goals of this course are: (a) to familiarize students with current topics and critical controversies in special education, (b) to help students gain skills in critical analyses of issues, and (c) to provide students with opportunities to develop skills that are linked to the professorate (e.g., researching, writing, and speaking about contemporary issues). Typically offered Fall Spring.
