HIST 58500 - American Labor History Credit Hours: 3.00. A chronological survey of American working class society, the growth of worker organizations and the movement toward massive labor organization as a distinctive national development. Changing philosophies are examined, and the resulting pattern of relationships between management, the federal government, and the labor movement is emphasized. Typically offered Spring Fall.
