HDFS 61700 - Advanced Research Methods In Child And Family Study Credit Hours: 4.00. Focuses on measurement issues relevant to research with children and families. Perspectives on quantitative and qualitative research are provided through relations among theory, research design, and data analysis. The laboratory component provides practice in quantitative and qualitative data analysis with an emphasis on interpreting and reporting results of analyses. Prerequisites: STAT 50100 and STAT 50200 or HDFS 61300 and PSY 63100 . Permission of instructor required. Typically offered Fall.
