OBHR 47000 - The Management Of Advanced Manufacturing Organizations

Credit Hours: 3.00. This course provides a framework for effectively managing employees in advanced manufacturing organizations. Emphasis is given to (a) understanding the relationship between technology, work system design, employee behavior, and manufacturing effectiveness, and (b) the processes involved in initiating and implementing changes in management policies, products, and technologies.
