Credit Hours: 3.00. This course examines the global, legal and ethical issues that influence global technology leadership and management. Topics include ethical decision making; management; global issues; intellectual property and innovation; business law; relevant international laws, public policies and regulations, risk management, strategic alliances and joint ventures, and issues of organizational sustainability.
