Research in nutrition science integrates information from many disciplines: Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Physiology, Psychology, food science, genetics, and epidemiology. The Interdepartmental Nutrition Program (INP) is an Interdisciplinary training program for students interested in the study of nutrition science.
We offer programs leading to the Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees.
