Academic Programs
Master’s and Ph.D. Programs
The department offers graduate programs leading to the Master of Science (MS; thesis or non-thesis) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degrees. We also provide excellent opportunities for Post-DVM students to further their training through specialty residency programs in anesthesiology and pain management, behavior medicine, cardiology, dermatology, diagnostic imaging (radiology), emergency, and critical care medicine, large animal internal medicine, large animal surgery, neurology, medical oncology, ophthalmology, radiation oncology, small animal internal medicine, and small animal surgery. We offer clinical and non-clinical graduate programs leading to M.S. and Ph. D. degrees in clinical and translational research.
