Admission Requirements:
Adult Nurse Practitioner Certificate Program Basic Requirements
- Undergraduate Cumulative Grade Point Average:
3.0 or equivalent required (and/or Graduate GPA of 3.0)
- Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Minimum of one year or 1500 hours of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Eligible for Indiana Registered Nurse Licensure
- Successful (3.0 on a 4.0 point scale) completion of a 300 level or above statistics course. The course must be taken within five years of matriculation into the program or concurrent with the first semester of graduate coursework.*STAT 30100 , SOC 38200 , SOC 58100, Methods of Social Research II (3) , STAT 50100, Experimental Statistics I (3) , STAT 51100, Statistical Methods (3) , PSY 50000 , or course deemed completed by the School of Nursing Admissions Committee.
International Applicant Requirements:

- Pearson Test of English (PTE) (Academic Module):
An alternative to the TOEFL, scores of 58 or higher will be accepted
- TWE for Non-Native English Speakers
Not required, but recommended
