About the Program

Purdue University Polytechnic Institute’s Construction Management (CM) graduate program applies management principles and innovative technologies to help students effectively lead, organize, and manage the construction projects of residential, commercial, and infrastructure facilities. The Master of Science program in the School of Construction Management Technology is designed to prepare qualified individuals for leadership positions in the construction industry. This program is for individuals with a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a closely related field from an accredited university.

Master’s students can pursue a thesis or non-thesis option. See below for each set of requirements.
