About the Program
The degree awarded is either the Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) or the Master of Science (MS) depending upon the student’s undergraduate degree. Program Website Program Requirements
30 Credits RequiredRequired Courses (18 credits)
At least 18 hours of Purdue graduate engineering courses are required. Concentrations (0-30 credits)
Students can add up to two optional concentrations. Concentrations can help students narrow their focus and are driven by emerging technical fields in order to give students an immersive interdisciplinary experience. See the list below Concentrations for options. Electives (0-12 credits)
A maximum of 12 credit hours can be taken in specific non-engineering courses such as math, statistics, and/or transfer courses (subject to review). Concentrations
