About the Program
The Graduate Certificate in Biotechnology Quality and Regulatroy Compliance (BQRC) is a tailored program that will accelerate students’ pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology career. Students will delve into drug development, regulations, and quality management, mastering quality, productivity, and molecular aspects of drug production. The curriculum focuses on advanced topics such as drug development, good regulatory practices, and quality management. Concepts gained with this degree include quality and productivity, and molecular basis in manufacturing pharmaceuticals. The program offers both a hybrid format and online format for students. The hybrid format consists of four semesters of online instruction with one on-campus weekend each semester. In both formats, students earn 12 credits in just 18 months across four semesters, boosting their career without sacrificing personal or professional obligations. Program Learning Outcomes
Students will: - Develop critical thinking and interpretation skills commensurate with that of a second semester graduate student. Develop written and oral communication skills, with the scope and flexibility to address audiences with differing knowledge and priorities. Write/present clearly in an audience-appropriate manner.
- Display professional understanding of the most important ethical dilemmas in Quality and Regulatory Compliance. Demonstrate values consistent with provision of quality health outcomes
- Synthesize information and draw logical conclusions, provide support of arguments and recommendations consistent with that of a second semester graduate student.
