About the Program
The graduate certificate in Healthcare Service Excellence provides students with the knowledge and skills to manage programs designed to deliver service excellence in healthcare organizations. Coursework is designed to ensure students can design high-quality service experiences for their patients and lead and implement service-oriented change programs in healthcare organizations. The certificate is designed to provide healthcare managers and leaders with the ability to effectively execute programs that provide excellent patient experiences that meet the competitive needs of the healthcare industry. Students will: - Design service experiences to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Implement programs designed to create a service orientation and enhance employee-patient experiences.
