About the Program


This series of three Data Science in Finance courses focuses on applications of data science and machine learning to solve modern financial problems in the burgeoning field. As an option in the Online MS in Data Science program, students will be able to dive deeper into the specific applications of statistical learning, computational mathematics, and machine learning in finance. Using these skills, professionals in the financial industry can employ statistical models to draw insights from their data to make strategic decisions, solve financial problems, and increase profit.
