About the Program
The Master of Science in Construction Management Technology (MSCMT) is a fully online graduate program designed for experienced construction professionals seeking advancement into executive, operational, and enterprise-level leadership roles. The program builds on technical and project management foundations to develop advanced competencies in construction firm operations, financial performance, legal and contractual frameworks, risk management, quality systems, and strategic leadership within the built environment. Unlike general business programs, the MSCMT maintains a dedicated construction industry focus. Coursework is grounded in contractor operations, preconstruction strategy, enterprise risk management, and lifecycle asset management-preparing graduates to lead construction organizations in complex and highly regulated environments. Delivered by faculty and industry executives with extensive professional experience, the curriculum emphasizes applied learning and immediate integration into professional practice.
