Digital Technology Management Minor

About the Minor
The minor is designed for undergraduate students who want a strong understanding of current and emerging digital technologies (along with other technologies that intersect and/or integrate with digital technologies), how these technologies are likely to evolve in business, and how they can be applied to drive innovation, commercialization, and future business leadership.
Requirements for the Minor (15 credits)

Notes
- Students cannot be enrolled in the Business Analytics & Information Management, BS or a Management Information Systems Concentration.
- Daniels School of Business Students: All upper-division courses (30000-level or higher) offered by the Daniels School of Business require upper-division status, regardless of subject code
- Priority Registration: Students in Daniels School of Business majors have priority access to upper-division courses offered by the School, regardless of subject code.
- All courses within minors require a C- or higher
- Students seeking a Business school minor are not allowed to register for upper-division courses until after registration restrictions are lifted. Space in upper-division courses is not guaranteed
- If you are pursuing any business school major, minor or concentration pass/no pass is not an option
- Pre-requisites should be checked on MyPurdue
- Transfer credit for courses that are a direct match will be accepted for the minor or concentration. Undistributed transfer credit (i.e. ECON 2XXXX) will not be accepted. Transfer Credit Guidelines
- Daniels School of Business Students: Only 1 course may be shared between any major, minor or concentration

- Apply systematic and strategic thinking to evaluate the intersection of digital technology and business.
- Analyze the impact of emerging technologies and the intersection and/or integration with digital technology on business models and operations.
- Develop and justify strategies for leveraging digital technology to transform organizations.
Daniels School of Business Pass/No Pass Option Policy
- P/NP cannot be used to satisfy Daniels School of Business major, minor, concentration, or certificate requirements.
