NUTR 35000 - Dietetics Practicum In Quantity Food Production Credit Hours: 1.00 to 3.00. Supervised on-the-job experience related to the food service management in health care facilities, schools, community programs, etc. Student is responsible for arrangement and approval of the experience through the supervising food service manager or dietitian and the course instructor. Permission of instructor required. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer.
