Credit Hours: 2.00. Continuation of Seminar in Managerial Finance I. Treats the relationships between external capital market phenomena and internal financial decisions. Emphasis on empirical evidence as tests of the theories, including model formulation for testing. Selected topics in capital structure planning and asset valuation. Offered in alternate years.
