VCS 88002 - Clinical Veterinary Services For The Indiana State Fair

Credit Hours: 3.00.  The course is a 3-credit clinical rotation. A PVM clinician will lead this elective 3-week clinical rotation. Students will spend 3 weeks providing veterinary care to all exhibition animals at the Indiana State Fair. The veterinary services provided include health assessment during check-in, assessment of ill animals, and on-call service after business hours. The majority of cases will be swine and cattle, but can also include horses, poultry, and small ruminants. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer.
