Master’s and Ph.D. Programs
Research in nutrition science integrates information from many disciplines: including biochemistry, cell biology, physiology, psychology, food science, genetics, and epidemiology. The Interdepartmental Nutrition Program (INP) is an interdisciplinary training program for students interested in the study of nutrition science.
Professional Master’s Program
The Master of Science in dietetics, an Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)-accredited coordinated program, is a combination of residential classroom learning and supervised practice experience that results in eligibility to sit for the national Commission on Dietetics Registration (CDR) exam to become a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN).
We offer programs leading to the Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees.
