The Master of Science in dietetics, an Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)-accredited coordinated program, is a combination of residential classroom learning and supervised practice experience that results in eligibility to sit for the national Commission on Dietetics Registration (CDR) exam to become a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN). The MSD curriculum, including supervised practice coursework, is organized and designed to achieve the expected depth and breadth of knowledge and competency required by ACEND.
