Management Minor

Requirements for the Minor (18 credits)

Notes

  • All courses within minors require a C- or higher
  • Students in the School of Management majors have priority in registering for Economics, Management and OBHR upper-division courses. Non-Krannert students seeking a Krannert Minor are not allowed to register for upper-division courses until after Krannert registration restrictions are lifted. Space in upper-division courses is not guaranteed
  • If you are pursuing any Krannert major, minor or concentration pass/no pass is not an option
  • Enrollment in all MGMT, ECON & OBHR courses and the ACCT minor is subject to space availability
  • Pre-requisites should be checked on MyPurdue
  • Transfer credit for courses that are a direct match will be accepted for the minor or concentration. Undistributed transfer credit (i.e. MGMT 2XXXX) will not be accepted. To see how courses from other institutions transfer to Purdue use Purdue’s Transfer Credit Courses Equivalence Guide at https://selfservice.mypurdue.purdue.edu/prod/bzwtxcrd.p_select_info.
  • Krannert Students: All MGMT & ECON & OBHR 300 level or higher courses require upper division status
  • Krannert Students only 1 course may be shared between any major, minor or concentration
  • Students who took ECON 25200  prior to Fall 2013 to satisfy their management minor requirement may use it to satisfy minor requirements and as a prerequisite for MGMT 31000 .
